Costa Calida "The Warm Coast", is a fabulous area with many unique features. La Manga, the long and narrow peninsula that separates the Mar Menor lagoon from the Mediterranean, has long been a favorite holiday resort for Spain's inland population for more than thirty years

Around the small, picturesque towns on the other side of the lagoon, many builders are now offering attractive houses for permanent living.
